Hi, my name is Eddie Halls and I created this site to help support people through the change from being unfit and unhealthy to feeling superhuman!  Every day I get to watch people learn and grow, becoming happier and more confident with every bite of food and every workout session.  It's the best job in the world! 

 

My focus is on your success and I'm here to guide you through what to eat, how to train (even if you hate exercise) and how to make small adjustments to your lifestyle to help you:
