Personal Training: £50 per hour, or 10 sessions £450, or 20 sessions £850

Hybrid Training: £100 per month or £260 for 3 months

  • One in-person or online training session per month

  • Accountability through weekly reports and a mid month coaching call

  • Fresh programs each month to keep it fun

  • Daily online support

Online Training: £65 per month or £170 for 3 months

  • Your own unique weblink to access your workouts and track your progress

  • Workouts designed to use the equipment you have available

  • Train wherever and whenever you like

  • Fresh workouts every month

  • Catch up phone call every 2 weeks to keep you on track
